About this puzzle
Sheet #9 divides the grid into 25 cages averaging 3.2 cells. 2 cages have only one possible set of digits — the natural place to begin.
The largest cage covers 6 cells and adds up to 24; it starts at row 2, column 8.
The most open cage, 27 in 5 cells, still allows 11 different sets of digits — leave it for later.
Where to start
The 35 in 5 cells starting at row 1, column 6 can only be 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9.
The 3 in 2 cells starting at row 1, column 1 can only be 1 + 2.
Expect to lock digits between cages and lines and to use pairs. Write notes in the big cages early.
