The longest run has 5 cells and adds up to 15, with just one possible combination.
Where to start
The 15 across 5 cells starting at row 3, column 7 can only be 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5.
The 29 across 4 cells starting at row 4, column 8 can only be 5 + 7 + 8 + 9.
Some runs only resolve when you test which of their combinations still fit the crossing runs. Notes make that bookkeeping easy.
